Content

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • 30 seconds run, 60 seconds walk x 8

  • Shuttle Run for 5 mins, split into 2 groups

  • Stretches

Hand outs

Week 2

  • Dynamic Warm up

  • 1 min walk, 90 seconds run x 7

  • Relay Team of 3 Shuttle runs for 5 mins

  • Stretches 

Week 3

  • Dynamic Warm up

  • 1 min walk, 3 mins Run x 6

  • Split up groups into Ability and play follow the leader for 5 mins

  • Stretches
